High-quality aluminium - only used in air and space travel

Our chassis consists of high-quality aluminum, as it is used otherwise only in air and space travel. The tools for the aluminium profiles were manufactured by us. The advantage of this complex construction gave us a weight reduction of 32% opposite of a chrome molybdenum framework with same rigidity. Our complete chassis weighs only 65 kg. The whole structure was FEM computed and the torsional rigidity is also very high naturally. During a strain of 14 tons the chassis only bends 1°.
